• Beth's Farm Kitchen Jams - Organic small batch jams made locally in Chatham, NY that we sell in stores and also use for the rotating flavors used to fill our jelly donuts. 

• Catsmo Salmon - Artisan Smokehouse in the Catskills that partners exclusively with sustainable wild fisheries. They produce the smoked salmon that we use in stores, the foundation of our NY Breakfast Sandwich. 

• Channing Daughters - Wild yeast starter from their 'wine lees' are the foundation of several of our signature breads, including Chardonnay Miche and Cabernet Rustica.

• Fox Family Potato Chips - Handmade using only Maine Russet Potatoes by a family-owned company, these small batch potato chips with no additives have the best pure potato flavor and crunch. 

• Valrhona - We’re committed to using the highest quality chocolate and are proud to use two different kinds of Valrhona in our chocolate chip cookies for the perfect blend of dark and milk.
